What is the product warranty?

Phenix Lighting warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. The warranty period starts on the date of invoice, which typically coincides with the ship date from the factory. All Phenix Lighting's products have been performed 100% quality control before shipped from the factory.

Do you have a minimum order quantity and how about the prices?

For the MOQ, generally Customer can buy any order quantity from us, but the prices at different quantity is different. For OEM orders, MOQ is 500pcs.

What is the average lead time?

For Sample Order - Within 7 days if the stock is available. For Mass order - 45-90 days after receiving the order.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

TT in advance or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (High risk regions need to re-evaluated).

What kinds of delivery terms can you accept?

Ex Works, FOB Xiamen or other mutually negotiated delivery terms.

What kinds of certificates or documents can you provide?

Product approvals:cULus, CE and other certificates which have been agreed in advance.
For Seafreight shipment: Battery packs' MSDS report, marine certificate and UN38.3 if necessary.
Shipping documents for importer's customs clearance: Invoice, packing list, CO, Form A, Bill of lading and etc.

What kinds of packagings do you use for your products?

If without special requirements in advance, we will use standard Phenix industrial packaging (suitable for seafreight shipment) : 1 unit into an individual box, then several quantity into an outer carton, and then packed with pallet.

For express or airfreight shipment, the packaging will need to be special made, please advise in advance.

What is DGM test? How much is it? When need this test to be conducted and who should pay for it?

DGM test is required by Airlines to allow the goods with battery to be shipped by air. When the battery is under 100WH, if DGM test is passed, the goods with battery can be shipped by air. The cost is USD100.00 per battery type per shipment. The DGM test is conducted before shipment and after the order is finished, the lead time is about 3 days. Generally the DGM cost is at buyer's expense.

What is Dangerous Goods Transportation Channel (DGTC) ?

For the exported goods with Lithium battery, as the battery capacity is over 100WH, the products are to be categorized into Dangerous Goods which have to be shipped through DGTC.
