Phenix Lighting 18450X Series: Flexible Integrated LED Driver Solution

I am delighted to provide you with an overview of the features and upgrades of the Phenix Lighting 18450X series, an integrated LED AC+emergency driver solution.

The Phenix Lighting 18450X series is designed as a driver for LED lights, enabling both normal and emergency operation. Unlike traditional products, it eliminates the need for additional LED drivers by integrating AC driving capabilities. In normal mode, this driver offers constant current and multiple selectable current outputs, as well as 0-10V dimming functionality. Currently, the product has been upgraded to the popular 18450X A1 version, catering to both European and American markets. The voltage output has been expanded from 3-42VDC to 18-60VDC to accommodate a wider range of lighting fixture operating voltages. Additionally, when the DIP switch and battery pack are fixed, the emergency power options have transitioned from a percentage of normal power to fixed power levels such as 3.5W, 7W, 14W, and 17W.

One of the key highlights of this product is the ability to set its operating current and emergency power through DIP switches. Now, let’s focus on the differences between the American and European versions in this regard:

1)American version: By utilizing DIP switches 1/2/3, you can set the operating current in normal mode. For emergency mode, DIP switches 4/5 allow you to set the emergency output power. For example, in the American version, you can choose to adapt to a 1AH battery with 3.5W, a 2AH battery with 7W, a 4AH battery with 14W, or a 5AH battery with 17W.

2)European version: Similar to the American version, you can set the operating current in normal mode using DIP switches 1/2/3. In emergency mode, DIP switches 4/5 are used to set the emergency output power. However, in the European version, the emergency power is determined based on the battery capacity of the module, allowing for different emergency durations. You can select emergency durations of 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, or 3 hours.

These differences enable the Phenix Lighting 18450X series to meet the market demands and standards of different regions. Whether you are operating in the American or European market, we offer the respective versions to ensure compatibility and performance of the product.
