Small Size Lights up the Big future – the world’s smallest size emergency driver

It is well known that all emergency lighting products introduced by Phenix Lighting share a common characteristic – their compact size. As the creator and record holder of the world’s smallest emergency drivers and inverters, Phenix Lighting consistently delivers products that combine small dimensions, exceptional functionality, and reliability. These features enable seamless integration with various LED lighting applications. Unlike competing products on the market that often utilize iron casings, all emergency modules from Phenix Lighting are housed in high-quality aluminum alloy enclosures. This choice offers advantages such as superior heat dissipation, lightweight construction, and an aesthetically advanced design.

Regarding voltage output, Phenix Lighting’s emergency drivers incorporate automatic LED load monitoring technology, allowing for automatic voltage adjustment to match the requirements of LED drivers. This versatility makes our products suitable for both AC and DC LED loads, significantly reducing the need for diverse inventory. In contrast, certain emergency modules available on the market provide fixed voltage outputs, necessitating different models for low voltage, medium voltage, and high voltage applications. This not only complicates the selection process but also increases inventory requirements for customers.

Phenix Lighting’s emergency drivers and inverters remain unaffected by load variations, consistently providing constant power output during emergencies.

Additionally, Phenix Lighting places great emphasis on selecting electronic components of exceptional quality. Our products incorporate key components from top international brands, including ST MCU, Rubycon capacitors, Hongfa relays, and others. This deliberate choice ensures enhanced reliability, durability, and extended lifespan.”"

Phenix Lighting utilizes batteries from renowned international brands, offering higher capacity and exceptional performance in both low and high-temperature environments (-5°C to +55°C). This commitment guarantees product reliability and stability across various temperature conditions, particularly ensuring consistent emergency lighting performance. Our emergency modules incorporate a dual comprehensive battery protection mechanism, comprising battery protection boards and battery temperature safeguards on the emergency modules. This approach ensures that the batteries operate within optimal temperature ranges, further enhancing safety.

All battery packs selected by Phenix Lighting undergo rigorous internal testing, including a 100-cycle high-temperature accelerated aging test. This testing guarantees both the quality and lifespan of our products. Even within the five-year warranty period, our battery packs provide sufficient capacity margins to ensure emergency lighting for over 90 minutes, even at temperatures ranging from -5°C to +55°C. Under normal temperatures (25°C to +50°C), the emergency lighting duration can reach 120-140 minutes, and even in -5°C conditions, it can maintain a minimum of 90-100 minutes of emergency operation. It is worth noting that many emergency lighting products available on the market often fail to meet these standards, particularly at or near 0°C temperatures.”"

In terms of program control, Phenix Lighting’s emergency drivers feature automatic detection capabilities, incorporating safeguards such as over-temperature protection, overcharge/discharge protection, open-circuit/short-circuit protection, and programmable MCU functionalities. These features enable our products to automatically monitor and protect system operations, as well as offer additional control functions as needed.

Phenix Lighting’s emergency drivers are equipped with an integrated LED test switch (LTS) that combines LED signal lights and a test switch. The LTS provides real-time status indication of the emergency system and allows for various functions through different press commands. These functions include battery disconnect, manual monthly and annual tests, reset options, and other personalized customer requirements.

Prior to entering mass production, all Phenix Lighting emergency modules undergo rigorous “double 85″ limit testing. This testing involves subjecting the emergency modules to over 500 hours of on/off shock durability testing fewer than 85% humidity and 85°C temperature conditions.”"

During mass production, each emergency lighting product from Phenix Lighting undergoes rigorous testing procedures. Phenix Lighting ensures that every aspect of the product meets the highest standards in the industry.

This includes conducting 100% PCBA electrical parameter testing to verify the performance of the printed circuit board assembly. Additionally, comprehensive functional testing is carried out on each unit to ensure its proper operation and adherence to specifications. Furthermore, a rigorous one-week charge/discharge cycle testing is performed using different voltage inputs (100V, 230V, and 300V) to assess the battery’s performance and endurance. These meticulous testing procedures, although unseen by customers, are crucial in maintaining Phenix Lighting’s commitment to delivering products of exceptional quality. As a result of these efforts, our products have achieved a defect rate of less than 5000PPM, reflecting the high standards we uphold.”"

In summary, Phenix Lighting’s emergency drivers have revolutionized LED emergency lighting technology with their world-leading compact size, innovative features, and outstanding performance. Our unwavering commitment to excellence and cutting-edge technology allows us to provide customers with lighting solutions that are safe, reliable, and durable. With a focus on superior quality and innovative design, Phenix Lighting aims to continually meet the evolving needs of the emergency lighting industry and exceed customer expectations.
